We aim to maintain reliable platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Maintenance windows, updates, technical issues, or external factors may temporarily affect availability.
Support services may vary depending on the selected subscription plan.
9. Integrations and Third-Party Systems
Admyral may integrate with ERPs, APIs, external software, and third-party services.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- External integrations failures
- Data inaccuracies originating from third-party systems
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sanez Engineering SL shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Data loss caused by third-party systems
- Delays resulting from customer misuse or external dependencies
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer during the previous 12 months.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public business, operational, technical, and commercial information exchanged during the provision of services.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- The platform is used unlawfully or abusively
Customers may stop using the service at any time subject to contractual commitments.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain unless otherwise required by applicable law.
